Finally, a way to take orders without paying the high cost of a fulfillment center! If you have something to sell and you don't want to staff up to handle multiple callers then we have the solution for you. WorkEasy's automated Order Entry Mailbox was designed to step callers through a series of questions and record each response. You may have up to 23 questions along with an opening and closing message. After the opening message, WorkEasy will wait up to 60 seconds for the caller to gather the information required to complete the order (i.e. credit card number, product code, etc.). Once the caller acknowledges that they are ready, WorkEasy steps them through your series of questions and records their response. They may listen to, confirm or re-record each response. The complete process has been designed and tested for maximum user friendliness.
Transcribing orders is as simple as logging into your account and reviewing the responses. First WorkEasy will tell you the number of orders you have. Then, at the beginning of each order, WorkEasy will tell you the number of completed questions for that order so that you can determine if it's a complete order or not. There are two modes for transcribing. Normal mode repeats the response to each question until you tell WorkEasy to go onto the next response. Automatic mode plays each response once, pauses, and automatically continues on to the next response (yes, you can control the duration of the pause).
